Front Porch (current owners furnishings, of course)

We have made an offer that has been accepted (contingent on inspections) and we think unlike the one in Fair Oaks, this one will not have issues. The sellers have put a lot of effort into renovation before selling and the disclosures are very thorough

It’s close to the American River (although there isn’t any pedestrian access nearby) and the Jensen Botanical Garden is within walking distance.

I really love this little landing.
A real fireplace (wood burning) with a gas starter; I’ve never used an igniter but it seems like a fantastic idea.
Kitchen (open design). That’s actually a very large dining nook as for as breakfast nooks go. Although built in 1986 they installed a pull-down ironing board which is very charming.
A small dining area and rather long, um, extra, room. Much as I’d love a massive pool table, even I must admit it wouldn’t be practical considering the bookshelf potential.
Guest room. Lovely upstairs balconey/porch overlooking the street.
That’s a king sized bed so the master bedroom is large. Outdoor deck over looks the yard.
6 redwoods. Nuff said.
