So what did she do today? She arranged for an HVAC inspector, a plumber, a handyman to come Thurs, wrote to the county for records. What did I do? I cursed about how my WordPress installation has difficulty with images. And I called Sacramento to find out who provides our electrical service. And I walked the dog.
Speaking of the dog here is a very charming PhotoShopped image of her and Gustafer I used for a beer label (back when I was capable of understanding how to deal with images…. grrrr…)
And talking of dogs here is a crossword puzzle I wrote on the theme of dogs. It’s what’s called a meta puzzle meaning an extra puzzle layer. The note on the puzzle says “The answer to the meta is a word that describes man’s best friend” and some in the grid entry I have hidden hints to encode that word in somewhere.
We’ll be going back to the house on Thurs. I have to admit I like going there and can see the potential. Meanwhile a pop quiz: What kind of plant is this?
